ItinerariumVitae is the road description made by the pilgrims in the Middle Ages while traveling from their homeplace in Europe to the Holy Land. They wrote about the places to sleep and eat, about the landscapes and the beautiful churches on the road in order to facilitate the travel of the ones willing to follow in their footsteps. Sounds a lot like the idea behind writing a travel blog, doesn’t it? So, that’s why I took it for the name of mine – a blog where I share my travel experience trying to keep it as simple as a pilgrim monk would do.
